Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the modular components in their original box, ensuring all seals and parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned bottle for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
